ExplorerPatcher – installed primarily to allw Taskbat to be place vertically on the right of monitor 1; for some reason Win11 only allowed Taskbar on top or bottom edge of screen, wheres Win10 (and lower?) allowed any edge. (TO-DO: link to post on why I like a vertical Taskbar).
the programs has many other very nice tweaks. complicated, but worth the effort.
