Currently, when I click a link in an email in TB, the link is opened in a new Tab in the last Chrome window that had focus. I tend to have 5 or more Chrome windows open, each with 5 or more Tabs opened. This makes it somewhat random as to which Chrome window will be surfaced for the new tab.
