some thoughts as I was reading this:
in the case of wv coal workers, why not offer early attractive retirement options, so those that don’t want to retrain for modern jobs can retire and leave room for the incoming younger genrartions who i heare are having some difficulties launching careers.

is the coal for steel environmentlly friendly? we’re likely going to need steel for a while, so what do? what is 5 of all coal metallurgical coal?
